Last year ago #2019 , during some downtime on my job, I decided to write down all the things I have learned concerning employment. I jotted down the names of my employers, the managers, and supervisors I have had. I went in-depth on how they made me feel, what they taught me or didn't teach me.
This writing went on for hours, and the emotions seemed so overwhelming I just continued to purge on paper. After I had finished unbeknownst to me I birthed Effective Strategies of the Human Service Professional in a Client-based setting.
Are there people who will not see your vision? Absolutely! Do it anyway. Will they critique your project and down play it ? Yes, but do it anyway. One year later to the day, that I cleared my head on 20 years of studying and practicing to be a Human Service professional, I stepped out on faith and became a self-help published author. I am doing what I have been created to do; help others bridge the gap in resources in any way I can . I share this with you because sometimes we feel stuck, unfortunately, some people will stay in this mind-frame but those of you who are searching for a deeper meaning will find your creative niche and change the world you see today.
My final thought for you today, keep searching, keep dreaming, keep creating.
